force bridges parameter #37

It would be good to have a way to force bridges parameters in the python client. I just implemented the feature in the C++ client in this commit: https://github.com/BridgesUNCC/bridges-cxx/commit/3ed5abd21907056aa4b79db186079582a7ba95d0

Not particularly urgent

I believe commit 1572e57d9673cd86d8870b859b56e9ef8154e694 implements that feature. Could @AlecGoncharow or @quaiquai look at the patch and see if I screwed up something?
