Add screenshots and readmes for C projects #22

I added screenshots (and mechanisms to create them) to the projects. Add the sample screenshots to the readme.md files and document the method to create the screenshots. New screenshots based on GB's App Note using the "PPM" method. https://brtchip.com/wp-content/uploads/Support/Documentation/Application_Notes/ICs/EVE/BRT_AN_014_FT81X_Simple_PIC_Library_Examples.pdf This adds to the example methods available to customers.
