Is this project active any more?

KenCoder commented 10 years ago

Somewhat. #1 priority is upgrading to 2.10, which I am working on now. But I have limited time, so it's been hard to make progress against other life priorities. So I am hoping to have a release soon, but I don't want to say when. I'd also like to get a bit more organized to get others to help out.

Great to hear. Also 2.11 is around the corner. Perhaps Bridgewater can trow in more resources.

@sirinath I'm upgrading codebrew.io to 2.11-M8 and I had to ditch finagle/scrooge for apache thrift to get it work. For exemple, twitter (who is behind finagle) is still using scala 2.9.2 or 2.9.3!

For the scala-notebook projects, lot's of core artifacts are not publish yet (akka-remote) or does not even build (unfiltered).
