- [ ] prevent update upon minor value changes
- [ ] ignore ammunition
- [ ] check near Units (e.g. dismounting tank to reduce recognition)
- [ ] evaluate the engine heat (turned off engine)
- [ ] evaluate the scope
- [ ] check the inventory of the vehicles
- [ ] vehicles only evaluated by the driver
- [ ] check the current chosen pylons
- [ ] check for unit traits, ace abilities
- [ ] value the AI-Units by library after spawn
