Update to 6.5.13. The branch name is incorrect and can be ignored.

Hi @johnnydevaprasad : aren't we going to amend the fix for $LD_LIBRARY_PATH? as it has now, the systems are mostly buggy for collections of modules that don't define that!

Hi Fotis, yes, the LD_LIBRARY_PATH fix is coming in next.
