LMOD_SYSTEM_DEFAULT_MODULES not to include `sge` for root user #57

OK, this is a special case of what's presented at #51; I put it here for further commenting.

Since we now have Lmod for root user, also, this might make #38 less of priority. (btw. this relates to stderr output, when someone does chroot into images)
