update to lmod 7.1^H^H^H7.3.4^H14^H^H24 -> 7.3.24 #65

heads up: @wpoely86 has been testing Lmod 7.1 for deployment at HPC-UGent, and ran into some trouble...

@johnnydevaprasad : per @boegel above, providing also a 6.9.x here would be preferred, along with fixing issue #64 which is of good priority (needed bugfix is reported there).

Our initial issue with Lmod 7.1 is fixed with 7.1.1 but we hit some new problems. @rtmclay is having a look.

UGent's issue is that they are using the old moduleT.lua generated by Lmod 6 and not spiderT.lua generated by Lmod 7. You can't just rename moduleT.lua to spiderT.lua. The format has changed.

With 7.1.3 our issues are solved but do test it carefully before switching.
