Provide `Lmod/7.4.5 rpm`, with working `$LMOD_DISABLE` etc #76

as discussed, we now have RPMs [1] which appear to be working for mortal users, however root is crippled; fi. root login, sudo etc. Interestingly, sudo id works (no login shell).

We didn't discover it earlier, because we were forced to run the quarter w. local validated Lmod. quick workaround is to comment out lines w. $LMOD_DISABLE, but then the feature is crippled!

Opening this issue to track the case, we should not be too far from a fix.

this works as intended now (for 7.4.8), so closing
