Lmod/7.4.x RPMs should be explicit about their dependencies; also fix SitePackage.lua #81

the issue here being, that there's a bug over centos6 and you'd really need the lua*rpm seen here: http://support.brightcomputing.com/illumina/

Also, the SitePackage.lua that we currently deploy via RPM is borken, we've got better ones; ref. #37
