Description

What?: We've added mvc for Users and Market Places entities. We used Clearance gem to create the mvc for the user. For more background, see ticket #4 .
Why?: These changes complete the database setup. See #4 for more information.

Testing
- Gem Clearance added coverage for testing all new methods.

I also recommend doing a REBASE to the master before doing the merge, to avoid conflicts.

Remember that you can use the AMEND, to fix the commit.

You just need to check the database.yml file, since having eliminated it, it was eliminated from the project.
