Multilangual support using phpgettext #2

Rewrite code to be translatable using gettext mecanism. Adding language option in admin and client account setting. Adding cookie to store form user language. Adding French translation files. ( /locale/fr_FR/LC_MESSAGES/messages.*)

I finished the Multilingual Support (with your great help Paca & PirlotN !), you can check it in the develop branch. Thank you guys !

(Pull manually added - will be included in the next release).

Yeah I'm fine :+1: but overworked :)

Development is slow but it still alive !
