Research and propose to consolidate the differences in collections outreachEvents and outreachEventsAndroid both collections are referenced in the Android codebase

Also need to review outreachEvents and outreachEventsAndroid; solution is to migrate collections to drop the android suffix and match iOS collection names with outreachEvents and helpRequests
