Compile with new version of FreeType for Adobe's font rasterizer #89

Adobe has recently donated its fantastic font rasterizer (that can be seen in 
Acrobat, Reader on all platforms) to FreeType. It would be great to have a new 
version of MacType compiled with new FreeType to take advantage of the option 
to use the Adobe's rasterizer!
