Removed redundancies #4

Deleted redundant files so project can compile.

Thanks for this pull request (and the others). I've brought them into https://github.com/bdeitte/Roku-Sample-App, and they will be part of this repo in time (if I can find the owner of BrightcoveOS, having trouble getting a hold of them at the moment) or one in the "brightcove" organization. If you have any more updates that you didn't submit, given the lack of response here, I would love to see them. Thanks again.
