Engineers have confirmed that there will be a single motor, and on a button press it'll turn a lot. This should only activate once.

@12sliu, does another branch need to be made for this, or do eason and kacey have the necessary permissions to create branches themselves?

Removed drone launcher code from penguins, created new branch, completely rewrote the code and added functionality tester + position finder.
