Adding Google Analytics #76

The folks who are looking into our knowledge management challenges would like some visibility into what types of docs on here are getting used the most. The goal here is to better understand what types of docs work well being stored in GitHub as Markdown files vs. somewhere else like Confluence.

Also fixed up some questionable HTML syntax. :)

I'm guessing if I merge this the site won't pick up these changes until someone changes a doc?
