The ability to open a d2l-tab in a new window would be really useful. We support this in IPSIS UI with paper-tabs right now and don't want to lose that functionality by switching over.

Maggie, it would be good to know a bit more about the user interaction in this case. Does the user right-click on the tab to open in a new window, do they right click in the content. Thanks.
