Serge file missing in package.json "files" array #30

Another minor thing I found. If using serge, the <project-name>.serge.json file needs to be included in the "files" key in order for it to be picked up by BSI after it's added to the .serge-mapping.json file. Currently, the <project-name>.serge.json file doesn't seem to be included in "files" by default.
