Removed FR-ON because it's not needed and it's also English. #104

So yeah, to explain:

These components are never customized for ON anyway, it's almost always LMS particular strings where it matters to Ontario. It's mistranslated - i.e. ENGLISH, so it would revert incorrectly.

Can you paste the defect link in the description so that it makes the connection to Rally

Not needed because these components are never customized for Ontario (According to Dave L.) It's only apparently certain LMS strings that are.
