I can't disable spy with /spy as the author just forgot to add such an important command to his plugin

There is open pr for /spy in Chatty v3 https://github.com/Brikster/Chatty/pull/279 Тут уже есть один ПР для команды /spy в Chatty v3. Когда добавят - я не знаю (и добавят ли) https://github.com/Brikster/Chatty/pull/279
