vagrant up stops when booting VM on VirtualBox 7.0.10+Ubuntu 22.04 #158

Host OS : Windows11 VirtualBox-7.0.10 Guest OS : Ubuntu 22.04 (ja)

VB7.0 doesn't require extension pack to enable USB and vagrant_setup.py has finished without errors. However, 'vagrant up' stops with the following errors.
