Build BMicro version for Win 7 with Python 3.8 #211

Python > 3.8 does not support Windows 7 anymore (for valid reasons). However, the Brillouin acquisition PC still has to run with Windows 7 and it would be good to have a BMicro version for it.

Won't work, since Qt6 does not support Windows 7 anymore.
