Move Profile to Sidebar bottom. #38

Instead of having the Profile options in top right, we'll have the profile in sidebar bottom.

Also add "New Invoice" button to the navbar on top.

Yes we also can have the user avatar at the sidebar right after ABBS heading and in the end of sidebar we can have the 'profile' menu.
