Save data not showing up (already fixed)

So ive used JKSM and Checkpoint to backup data and attempt to use it for the save editing but when I insert it and choose the region, none of my data actually shows up in the app. I tried the newest version and an older version and nothing works. Anytime I do something that is related to a mii, it says "Failure to read Mii data".

Edit: I fixed it by moving it out of the 3DS folder

what features did you used ?

I completely forgot I opened this but all the features do not work and says "Failed to read or detect [insert whatever i was trying to do]"
