Conflict with SalesHandy extension in Gmail

Description

• The SalesHandy (https://www.saleshandy.com/) browser extension adds a button over ours in Gmail.
• This causes our floating B button to be inaccessible.

Closing this in favor of https://github.com/Briskine/briskine/issues/332.

There's no way to reliably detect if something is covering our button. We'll need to add an option to reposition the button.
