Keep getting the not sent #98

Hey Brian, You resolved one of my issues before so I'm back for help. I keep getting the not sent message for the bulk texter on every message. I downloaded a new file, but it seems like google updated. Do you know whats wrong?

It seems to be working fine for me. Is this error still occurring for you?
