This PR adds a few additional configuration options to allow more flexible control of the directories to find books in.
It's been added for use with the Canute Console, to allow the standalone reader mode to be used without requiring the removal of the Canute 360 into standalone mode.
The config file now uses TOML, to allow the use of an array of values for the library paths which now explicitly say whether they are mountpoints and whether they are interchangeable.
The config adds a couple of new hardware settings that may be needed with the different way that the console communicates with the canute.
