Stack reuse was recently implemented and it's a very neat start!

Use stack titles instead/with stacks ids? This would give the user something more readable.
The input to select a stack lists itself, I'm not sure it should, perhaps there are corner cases when this is needed?

Idea from karma - force the user to set a stack title so we can use it in the dropdown
