Implement new electron scale factors from here : https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/EgammaIDRecipesRun2#Efficiencies_and_scale_factors

Implement ID scale factors
Implement electron reconstruction scale factors
Remove electron isolation scale factors, as these are included in the ID
