Broken scripts: 'with_errors' -> 'all_errors' suffix #335

It seems that due to a name-change many scripts are broken. Since the suffix 'with_errors'' is used in many places, would it make sense to add it to the XSectionConfig as a static variable (not dependent on centre-of-mass-energy)?

In the light of the integration into NTP, it would make sense to consolidate paths, file names & their templates into one place. Once ntp run dps --test is implemented we might have a better way to check new PRs.

This has been fixed in my latest change to the systematics
