@jpolton , I did all the changes:

restored removed files on Configuration Gallery
Removed file example_scripts/configuration_gallery/gc31_arctic_example_plot.py. This file was added to the ended of the polar_plotting notebook
renamed quiver_tutorial.ipynb —> polar_plotting.ipynb
