All Json configuration files should have .json extension #32

Going forward all configuration files should be in a Json format
They Should have a with a .Json extension.
Major sections should be broken out into separate files.

All configuration is now saved as Json in separate files. THIS IS A BREAKAGE CHANGE, there is no config migration between version.

The Paths file will always remain in the /config/ directory and will house a directory of locations of all other files.

MultiPlug.ACL.Routes.json
MultiPlug.Localisation.json
MultiPlug.Permissions.json
MultiPlug.Theme.json
MultiPlug.Extensions.json
MultiPlug.Authentication.json
MultiPlug.Hosting.json
MultiPlug.Apps.json
MultiPlug.Environment.json
MultiPlug.Performance.json
MultiPlug.Recipes.json
MultiPlug.Caches.json
MultiPlug.Razor.json

License.xml is the only file that remains XML, this should be changed.
