Live updates of the User Interface are not happening if the browser is minimised for a few minutes. Known issue/change by google: https://developer.chrome.com/blog/timer-throttling-in-chrome-88/

Upgrade to Microsoft.AspNet.SignalR.Core 2.4.3 resolved the issue.
