Delayed Shutdown running on Linux #50

MultiPlug Service running on Linux some times stops on shutdown and can wait up to 90 seconds before continuing delaying shutdown.

This was actually due to a Extension not closing it's resources and not the fault of MultiPlug. https://github.com/multiplug-hub/MultiPlug.Ext.SerialPort/issues/1
