Multiple band selection #25

Be useful to allow multiple band selection in the drop down - I am interested in activity on 70cms and 23cms but not 6cms...

I'm not quite sure how easy this is going to be, probably not easy, so putting it on the back burner for the moment until the rest of the site is up and running properly.
