Incorrect QRA locators #31

Dave ADM and Rob report same problem-

[23:13] Noel, my new locator for /p site is showing as @F94DE too so yes a bug. [23:13] I is being interpreted at @

Fixed. Issue was with a javascript function parsing the floating-point lat/lons as strings..
