IRC window text #33

The IRC window really invites you to log in separately.

Can we change the text or better still

When a user is not logged in remove it completely and replace with a text message in same size window that says "Welcome to dxspot.tv - please register and log in to see the ATV dxspot chat messages"

And maybe the logged in but not on IRC message should say "To view ATV dxspot chat messages and join channel...."

IRC Client text change done.

Required restarting the IRC client system, and kicking everyone off..
