Show elevation path between stations. #37

A link in the Station/Repeater Infobubble to pop-up an Elevation Profile of the path between the logged-in user and the remote station.

Is it possible to show this with earth curvature as well? Only flat earth plot available in google earth.

I think it should, just got to work out the maths for that. Flat earth plot is implemented :)

Partly implemented. I couldn't get the charts API to recognise the continuous axis (and therefore label it accordingly). Will take another look at a later stage.

Could probably drop a few decimal points of accuracy too..
