Mail alerts of increased activity. #39

@G4GUO : So Phil are you going to add the ability to email people that subscribe to any spot over 100 Km ? That way I can just check my mail rather than coming on here if there is a lift on :)

Relies on a daemon backend, (coming soon) and mail support #38.

Sounds like a good idea. Could be put on the edit my details (changed from my station) tab - already got email address so tick box to say send spot notification email and drop down to set distance (over 100, 150,200, 250 kms).

Add "any" as a selection for distance drop down box and could we include same details as when you click on spot tab in the email body - stations / band / mode distance?
