AGS files continue to grow with increasing test/lab data

They ability to upload larger AGS is a requirement for some users.

As txt files they zip well, eg 39 MB zips to 3.7 MB

What does Multiple .zip of 1.ags look like? Is that a big zip file split into 10Mb chunks?

This also then facilitates connecting to the BGS AGS Exporter API which outputs .zip.

AGS Exporter API uses the structure 1401784414.zip
