Store/query Lexicon graph and annotations in TerminusDB

• https://terminusdb.com/hub/ - we have an account on TerminusHub we could use for data syndication if we go TerminusDB
• https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/vocabularies/tree/main/vocabularies - the Lexicon n-triples are here
• https://terminusdb.com/blog/2020/01/30/loading-data-in-turtle-rdf-format-to-terminusdb/ - import the triples as per the second half of this (the input is quads and the fourth item is a graph name
• Query the triples for the upper/lower boundary descriptions, possibly filtered by a list of names (see ./data). Extract the links between Lexicon entries and add them to the TerminusDB store as well (with a different graph name)

We don't have a completely appropriate hasLowerBoundary / hasUpperBoundary property to re-use (our vocabulary has description strings for these and the Loop3D one in-progress has more indirection) - we could create a namespace for a set of extensions

This would have been really great to explore given time and scope, but given our familiarity with Fuseki and SPARQL, how acceptable it's been as a graph store, and that we already have the source data version controlled in git, it's a close for now :/
