Jurassic triples #6

Extends the example script to run the same method over all the Jurassic data and output triples of extracted upper/lower boundary links in turtle format. Rough cut but works quite well i think, making use of the new functions in data.bgs.ac.uk

This now also dumps out a Graphviz dotfile for the text mined results of the Jurassic upper/lower boundary descriptions and relations. I haven't tried to render it, it's raw output from networkx

I've added a README with notes on reproducing this. I could also set up a manually-triggered Github Action to do it here, not sure if that's worth it at such an early stage. It runs entirely against the new data.bgs.ac.uk and i'm happy with that
