Bug no campo input #4

O campo não está aceitando os caracteres 'V' e 'Ç' ao digitar nas janelas de Inserir e Editar.

Provavelmente bug na mascara de caracteres, ainda não investiguei a fundo

De fato a mascara de caracteres não engloba o V ou Ç, vou adicionar eles no proximo commit
