[x] Remove all item recipes
[x] Hide all items in JEI
[x] Remove non-vanilla material chunks from outcrop loot tables
[x] Reinstate desired chunk smelting recipes

Some mods also pick up the existence of the lead and silver added by this mod and enable their own items of that material type in response. Will need to:

[x] Remove ColossalChests advancements for silver chest components
[x] Remove related items from Iron Furnaces
[x] ~~Remove related items from Spartan Weaponry / Shields (see #3)~~ Mods no longer installed.

At this point in time, this should be complete. Will reopen if needed.

Reopening as for some reason specifically the equipment from the mod is no longer being hidden in JEI.

Fixed this finally by making use of .ignoreNBT().
