Godox BightCodes for 10-24% added #1

Thank you for the beautiful project and your work.

I added the brightness codes for 10 to 24%. (This range works only with a color temperature of 5600k on Godox RC-A5. When changing the color temperature, the checksum "BightCodes" remains the same.) I tested the codes on a Godox SL60-W and they works.

Very cool, thanks for adding this! I was always frustrated by the fact that the remote only seemed to go down to 25%. My godox is currently in storage so I can't test it out, but once I do I'll be sure to merge this in.
