Finish application of styles to promotions #16

At this point, the editing page picks up text and blocks from stylesets. It still needs to pick up images, SVG objects, and logos.

When switching styles, the promotion reverts to full size presentation instead of scaling to the pane. Also, it looks as if fields in a styleset don't get picked up if the previous styleset didn't use them.
