Make design editing work for all items #23

The design tab in the editor allows the user to enter position and size parameters for all elements, but they currently affect only text and block elements. With images, logos, and SVGs, the numbers change but the element doesn't move.

The design editor currently doesn't take the anchor corner into account, but always assumes it's top left. This needs to be fixed.
