Accordion Open Text Attributes in Editor #39

Change from clicking on the model title to open the different attributes to have it be opened when the user clicks to edit the text in the field.

There needs to be equivalent behavior for each of the other field types (block, image, logo, SVG). Presumably whatever attributes are visible in the collapsed state should be clickable, but I need to know what those should be.
