Need to Add Forms #5

Use brace forms to build registration and contact forms because we are using github hosting.

Consider using an embedded Google Form. It won't look as pretty as something like Brace Forms, JotForm, or Simple Form, but instead of getting every response in an email which is hard to work with, you'll have responses neatly organized in a spreadsheet that can be viewed by anyone you share it with and it can easily be commented on (e.g. leave a comment to say a new member still needs to pay the member fee).
