day 1 in give del growth. Noticed change around 0.1 seconds. will start at 0.001 again tomorrow but warm up to yesterdays max (0.25s) and that might make a difference. Just don't want to go too fast.

going to slow down the grwoth a bit

• rate 0.01 -> 0.005
• start at 0.002
• warm up off
• hit switch threshold 0.25 -> 0.5 (more time in anti)

Seems like things are moving too fast for this animal going to reset:

• start at 0.01
• growth rate at 0.0025 (was at 0.005)

put into adaptive delay with step size 0.005, threshold 0.75 and window 50.

lowering threshold for adaptive 0.75 -> 0.7 and hit switch block threshold increased 0.5 -> 0.75
